Here we are. We stopped all the happenings for a moment and
we lost much of what we love. People and time, habits and ways, dreams and plans. And then something wonderful happened.

We had no choice but to rebuild, from the inside out. We went where every problem has a solution; where every dilemma becomes an opportunity; every confusion morphs into clarity and chaos transforms into design. It’s all happening. A revolution in consciousness is here. It’s not out in the world where everyone can see it – yet.

My new happening is under construction at revolutionlove.co.
See you there!

2019 G7 SUMMIT
AUGUST 24 – 26, 2019
BIARRITZ, FRANCE

Under its G7 Presidency, France is tackling the roots of inequality and working to make genuine progress towards the day when Article 1 of the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen will become a reality.

Combating inequality: a G7 priority. To achieve it, G7 Ministers will be meeting throughout the year. There is still intolerable inequality in today’s world – not only in terms of income, but also access to education, healthcare, or even drinking water. And in many countries, the situation for women is even worse. Beyond the individual suffering it causes, inequality makes the status quo unbearable and legitimately fuels many of the social and political protests which are destabilizing certain world regions.

CLIMATE ACTION SUMMIT,
SEPTEMBER 21-23, 2019
NEW YORK, NEW YORK

Climate change is the defining issue of our time and now is the defining moment to do something about it. There is still time to tackle climate change, but it will require an unprecedented effort from all sectors of society. To boost ambition and accelerate actions to implement the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, UN Secretary-General António Guterres will host the 2019 Climate Action Summit on 21-23 September to meet the climate challenge. The Summit will showcase a leap in collective national political ambition and it will demonstrate massive movements in the real economy in support of the agenda. Together, these developments will send strong market and political signals and inject momentum in the “race to the top” among countries, companies, cities and civil society that is needed to achieve the objectives of the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals.

PANEL DISCUSSION – THE ROLE OF SPIRITUALITY AND YOUTH EMPOWERMENT (SDG16)
OCT 25 AT  1:00 -3:00 PM
NEW YORK, NEW YORK
UN FOUNDATION

The world’s new compass towards a just and peaceful world – the Agenda 2030 with the Sustainable Development Goals at its core – recognizes the need for multi stakeholder engagement.
A just and peaceful world starts with me, it starts in our families and it starts in the hearts and minds of young people who recognize the opportunity and responsibility of everybody contributing to the common good on local and global level. As we know that “money can’t buy you love” and that pro-social behavior can’t be imposed by law, we are going at our event to explore the potentials of spirituality in guiding young people towards pro-social behavior in their local and global communities. A particular focus will be laid on the role of spirituality in youth engagement for SDG16 which calls for peaceful and just societies with well functioning institutions.

COP23 CLIMATE ASTRONAUTS
MAY 10 AT  2:30 PM
BONN, GERMANY
WORLD CONFERENCE CENTER

Our youth are not our leaders of tomorrow ~ they are our partners of today.

Their potential to inspire and motivate the global community to commit to a low carbon future is fast becoming legendary. What we need to do now is empower them and turn their potential into action.

We will do this through the power of music!

Music comes from the heart; a language young people understand and speak clearly. It can mobilize unity among their peers, their families, and anybody who is in earshot to listen. This is their indomitable passion to ignite societal transformation.

Music is their magic!

In order to harness this magic in the context of Agenda2030 and Paris Agreement implementation, IAAI and partners are organizing the Global Challenges Youth Music Contest 2017 (#GYMC17) in the context of United Nations Climate Change Conference COP23.

We are excited to invite you to a sneak peek, pre-launch press conference at UNFCCC SB46 . Join us and learn more about the concept, our amazing partnerships, outreach plans and your engagement opportunities for youth, media and other stakeholders.
